Getting started
What is Fluenceur?
Fluenceur is an influence-marketing platform for brands, with an AI copilot. It centralizes every kind of collaboration (Gifting, sponsored content, affiliation), ties every sale back to the creator who drove it, and saves your team hours of operational work.
How does Fluenceur find creators?
Creator Discovery reads your Brand DNA (positioning, audience, category) and scores creators by fit: excellent, good or moderate. You start from a ranked shortlist, not a blank search bar. It is included on every plan; the AI Companion, available on Growth, adds recommendations and automations on top.
How long does setup take?
Most brands are live in under a week: connect your store, generate your Brand DNA in one click, and launch your first Gifting or affiliation campaign the same day.
Is Fluenceur an influence or an affiliate tool?
An influence-marketing platform. Affiliation is one type of collaboration among others, alongside Gifting and sponsored content: whatever the format, every sale is attributed to the creator who drove it and ROI is measured creator by creator.
Payouts & commissions
How do commissions work?
On an affiliate program, you set a commission on revenue, flat or tiered, per program or per creator. Fluenceur generates the codes and links, tracks every sale, and computes what each creator has earned in real time.
How do creators get paid?
Payouts run automatically on the schedule you choose. Creators see their balance in their own space; you approve in one click, no spreadsheet exports.
Can I combine Gifting and affiliation?
Yes, that is the standard playbook. Seed products through Gifting, then move the creators who convert into your affiliate program with Flows, automatically.
How does a payout work, step by step?
Four steps: the brand validates commissions, pays all validated commissions in one bulk transfer, Fluenceur credits each creator’s wallet, and the creator withdraws to their bank whenever they want, with an automatic receipt each time.
Tracking & attribution
How does tracking work?
Every creator gets unique codes and links, backed by first-party tracking on your store. Sales, traffic and repeat purchases are attributed to the right creator, including post-view conversions.
Does Fluenceur work with Shopify?
Yes. The Shopify integration installs in minutes and covers orders, refunds and discount codes. WooCommerce and custom carts are supported through the tracking API.
Can I measure ROI per creator?
That is the core of the product: revenue, spend and ROI per creator, per campaign and per channel, in one view. Try the ROI Calculator for a preview with your own numbers.
Plans & billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes, a 7-day trial opened after your demo. Sign-up is not self-serve: a brand joins Fluenceur through a demo or an invitation, and the trial starts from there. Connect Instagram and Shopify, run Creator Discovery, and test the core features. You are not charged before the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I change plans anytime?
Upgrades apply immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual plans get two months free.
Do you charge a commission on sales?
No. The commissions you set go entirely to your creators. Fluenceur is paid through your subscription and through a success fee on the revenue your creators generate on the platform, at a rate that depends on your plan: 3.5% on Essential, 2.5% on Growth. It is paid by the brand and never deducted from a creator.
What are Fluenceur’s fees?
A success fee on the revenue your creators generate through Fluenceur, excluding VAT and shipping costs: 3.5% on Essential, 2.5% on Growth and Enterprise. It is paid by the brand, never deducted from the creator. It covers tracking, bulk payouts via Stripe, automated invoicing, and compliance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription is commitment-free: cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How is the ROI calculated?
The calculator uses your real numbers: monthly revenue, gross margin, AOV, and commission rate. It computes the revenue your creators drive, deducts all costs (the commissions paid to creators, the success fee, and your subscription) and shows your net profit and ROI percentage.
How many creators do I need to be profitable?
It depends on your margin and AOV. The ROI Calculator’s break-even counter shows the exact number of creator-attributed orders you need, and it updates as you move the sliders.
What is the difference between Essential and Growth?
Essential ($169) and Growth ($349) both include the full platform: Creator Discovery, automated tracking, and payouts. Growth costs more per month and carries a lower success fee, 2.5% against 3.5%. It unlocks unlimited programs, up to 3 brands, Partnership Ads, the AI Companion, and priority support.
